Adults 60+ can save on paid programs with an Adult 60+ Program Punch Card. The punch card costs $45 and includes 10 punches, giving you access to 10 paid Adults 60+ activities for the price of 9. Individual paid activities are $5 per session. Punch cards can be purchased in person at the Fargo Parks Sports Center front desk.

Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) is an evidence-based strength, balance and fitness program for adults 60 and older. Performing exercises that improve strength, balance and fitness are the single most important activity that adults can do to stay active and reduce their chances of falling.
