Explore our adult programs centered on Health & Wellness, designed to support active, healthy living and physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Through engaging activities and experiences, participants can build healthy habits, discover practical wellness strategies, and find meaningful ways to support their overall well-being.

Programs in this area fall within three categories: Healthy Living, Active Living, and Mindfulness. Together, these experiences encourage movement, self-care, and healthy practices that can support well-being throughout life.

Participants will:

Active Living

In partnership with Mariah Prussia | Define the Fight

Build confidence, awareness, and practical self-defense skills in this hands-on, all-gender class led by self-defense expert Mariah Prussia. Participants will explore situational awareness, boundary setting, standing positioning and hand control, and techniques for responding to potentially unsafe situations.

This two-class session combines education with practical skill building to help participants strengthen awareness, confidence, and their ability to respond in real-world situations.
