
At the Fargo Park District, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to participate in recreational activities, regardless of financial circumstances. Our Scholarship Program is designed to help eligible Fargo residents by reducing the cost of activities, ensuring more people can enjoy our programs and pool passes.
Who is Eligible?
Scholarships are available to current Fargo residents who have lived in the city for at least 90 days and meet one of the following qualifications:
- Household income falls within the USDA Income Eligibility Guidelines
- Currently receiving benefits from the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
NEW THIS YEAR: Scholarships are now available for adults as well as youth!
What Does the Scholarship Cover?
Scholarships can cover one or two programs per person depending on income eligibility, per season (Spring/Summer OR Fall/Winter) including the following:
Scholarship recipients must meet eligibility guidelines and apply each season to receive funding.
How to Apply
Applying is simple! Follow these steps to see if you qualify:
- Download & complete the applicable scholarship form. (Pool Pass or Program)
- Gather supporting documents (ND Driver's License or ID card and most recent Federal Tax Return or valid SNAP Approval Letter).
- Submit your application and supporting documents by:
