Outdoor Rinks - Closed for the Season
Due to the unseasonably warm forecasted temperatures this week, outdoor skating rinks are closed for the season. Warm temperatures create standing water and rotting ice, which are unsafe for skating. Conditions will be monitored closely and we will get rinks back to skating condition as soon as possible.
Outdoor skating rinks are located throughout the city. Lights are turned on at all of the outdoor rinks for the evening hours. Lights will be turned off for the night starting at 8:00 pm and doors automatically lock.
Hours are subject to change according to weather conditions. Warming houses will close earlier than scheduled in the evenings if the temperatures reach -10 degrees or colder, or wind chills of -30 or greater.
