Fargo Broadway Square Manager 

Broadway Square started as the Block 9 Project. Block 9 is a mid-rise, mixed-use tower in the heart of downtown Fargo at the corner of Broadway and Second Avenue North. After 43 years as a surface parking lot, Block 9 has transformed the Fargo skyline. The project includes headquarters for hundreds of team members of R.D. Offutt Company, ground floor retail, a boutique hotel, restaurant, and residential condominiums.

Broadway Square serves as a central, vibrant, inclusive, and engaging downtown community space with something for everyone, respectfully presenting a collection of innovative and authentically representative programming that amplifies a unique Fargo flavor and is driven by an ingrained placemaking philosophy.

Vision

Broadway Square Park Hours:

• Fall/Winter Hours: 9:00 am-9:00 pm
• Spring/Summer Hours: 8:00 am-10:00 pm

Broadway Square Public Restroom Hours:

• Winter: Open during Skate Shack hours
• Spring/Summer/Fall: Weekdays from 10:00 am-2:00 pm and during staffed events
