The SCHEELS Skating Rink is not open yet, but staff is working hard to prepare the ice for the season. Weather permitting, the rink will open during the annual Tree Lighting event on Wednesday, November 25.

Once open, everyone is welcome to enjoy outdoor skating with family and friends or learn new skating skills. Music, twinkling lights, concessions, and skate rentals will be available through mid-March. Open skate will begin each day after morning maintenance and resurfacing and continue until 8:00 pm, when the lights turn off and the rink entrance is locked.

The Skate Shack will be located next to the Broadway Square bathrooms. For details on Skate Shack hours, concessions, merchandise, and skate rentals, visit The Skate Shack page. Skate rentals will be available for $5.00 in adult, junior, and youth sizes.

To keep the rink safe and enjoyable for everyone, hockey sticks, pucks, street shoes, and pets will not be allowed on the ice. Please enjoy the SCHEELS Skating Rink and review the Rink Rules & Regulations here before skating.
