This is a program for beginning and intermediate level youth skaters. We will be teaching basic beginner skating skills while integrating beginning hockey skills. Skaters will gain basic forward and backward skating skills along with balance skills, hockey starts, stops and turns.

Beginner 2

Family Archery 202

Family Archery courses are for 1 adult and 1 or 2 youth. The course is five weeks long with each session being 45 minutes. There is a session offered for Adult and 1 youth and one for Adult and 2 youth.  

This course teaches the basics of archery and proper shooting techniques. All instructors are certified and have years of experience from both competitive shooting and instructing archery courses. 

Equipment is provided if necessary but registrants are encouraged to bring their own.

Youth courses are for kids age 10 to 15. The course is five weeks long with each session being 45 minutes. There are three session to choose from. 

This course teaches the basics of archery and proper shooting techniques. All instructors are certified and have years of experience from both competitive shooting and instructing archery courses. 

Equipment is provided if necessary but registrants are encouraged to bring their own.

Coed Softball League

Our adult adaptive coed softball league is held for individuals with special needs interested in the fun of softball and looking to get outside! Teams are typically formed by agencies, however, if you are not part of an agency, or would like more information on the program, call Damian Caron at 701-499-7767.

Bowling

Dates: Thursdays, August 22 -March 27
Time: 2:00pm to 4:00pm
Fee: $3.25/day

Our Adult Adaptive Bowling program is for adults with physical and mental disabilities interested in recreational and league bowling. Ramps and other accommodations are available for those in need.
