Finding the way

Let guests know where to find you by including detailed directions with your invitations. Be specific about where they should assemble: "The Barn Stage located in the east part of Trollwood Park"—not "Trollwood Park." Posting free standing signs in the park is allowed, but they must be removed immediately following the ceremony.

Rain or Shine

If Mother Nature is having a bad day, it may translate into a rain-soaked ceremony site. Keep this in mind when planning your ceremony. While the majority of potential park ceremony sites in Fargo include a shelter or covered space that will help keep you dry in case of rain, not all do. The Fargo Park District also does not allow tents regardless of weather conditions.

Secure your site

Rental reservations open for the year at the start of January. This means you’re not able to reserve your site more than a year in advance. Payment is due when making your reservation. The Fargo Park District has a no refund policy.
