Disc Golf
Disc Golf courses are open during park hours. We currently have adult courses and junior courses, which are designed for youth or beginners with distances of 100 to 104 feet.

Davies Athletic Complex

This complex has four irrigated youth diamonds with restrooms and concessions; and are used by high school softball, youth baseball and youth fast pitch softball. There is also one full sized irrigated and lighted baseball field used by high school baseball and local youth baseball leagues.

The Gazebo
The Gazebo is available for rentals between 10:00 am-9:00 pm. Wedding reservations are accepted at this site. The Gazebo accommodates 30 people and space around the gazebo can be used to accommodate more. Includes electricity and nearby restrooms.
Rules
Fargo Park District & USA Broomball rules will apply to all leagues.
Helmets are mandatory for all players. Players aren't able to play without one. Goalies must have face protection. Broomball shoes and mouth guards are a suggestion but not mandatory.

Island Park History
Island Park was part of the original townsite of Fargo plotted out by the Northern Pacific Railroad. Jacob Lowell, Jr. and J.B. Power interceded with the railroad and the area that is now Island Park was deeded to the city for a park.
