Rules:  

1. Each team will consist of all of their players  

2. Team members will stand on their respective side of the tarp. No team members are allowed to look at the other team’s board  

3. At the beginning of the game, each team will have 30 seconds to place their ships on their grid however they choose. After the time is up, the ships are not allowed to move  

Rules: 

1. Each team will have 4 participants compete individually (one-at-a-time). 

2. Each player will attempt to place as many pieces into the board as they can in 60 seconds. 

3. At the end of the time, each piece correctly placed will be earn 5 points with a bonus 10 points if all pieces are placed. 

4. The four players scores will be average for the team result.

1. Each team will consist of 2 players at a time 

2. Player 1 will lay on their stomach on a scooter while holding a basket upside down. This player is the “hippo” 

3. Player 2 will grab player 1’s feet to move them  

4. Each team will start with their scooter behind their own starting line 

5. Once the game begins, each team will have 1 minute to capture as many balls as possible from the center  

• Team costumes are encouraged! Remember to dress for the weather.
• Teams should report to the warming house between 10:30-10:50 am for registration. Entries in the Best Design category should be registered by 10:45 am.
• The Best Design winners are awarded by a panel of judges and their decision is final.
• Each class race is a shotgun start where all racers beginning at the same time. The first three racers to cross the finish line as determined by the referee are declared the winners.
• You must be in or on your sled when you cross the finish line.

• Speed races are held in the following classes with awards presented to the first three participants that cross the finish line:
  • Class 1: Age 10 and under
  • Class 2: Ages 11-17
  • Class 3: Ages 18 and older
• Participants may also choose to enter their sled in the contest for Best Design, which is judged by an assembled panel prior to any speed races. Entries should be on-site and registered by 10:45 am.
