All Fargo Park District programs and leagues are first come first serve. Please be advised, a lot of programs and leagues fill up before the registration deadline. You cannot register for a program or league that is already full. Some programs and leagues have waitlists. If you are on a waitlist, you are NOT registered and are only contacted if a spot becomes available.

SAIL (Stay Active & Independent For Life)

Location: Fargo Parks Sports Center
Dates: Year Round, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
Time: 9:00-10:00am
Fee: Free

Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) is an evidence-based strength, balance and fitness program for adults 55 and older. Performing exercises that improve strength, balance and fitness are the single most important activity that adults can do to stay active and reduce their chances of falling.

Walking Club

Join the Fargo Park District Walking Club and make staying active both fun and social! This FREE program welcomes walkers of all levels and provides a flexible way to get moving, whether you prefer to walk independently or join our weekly group walks. The Walking Club is a great way to build community, explore local parks, and establish a consistent walking routine. Lace up your shoes and take the first step toward better health today!
