Broadway Square is a comfy half-acre of community gathering space for the public, located at the corner of Broadway and 2nd Avenue N. in the heart of Downtown Fargo and managed by the Fargo Park District in a manner that fosters vibrant and engaged public use. It is nestled in the mixed-use Block 9 public-private partnership project that includes the headquarters for R.D. Offutt Company, the Jasper (boutique) hotel and Rosewild (Nordic) restaurant managed by Aparium, ground floor retail and residential condominiums.
Broadway Square will strive every day to be:
- a space that works to break down barriers, start conversations and be agile and adaptive to community needs,
- a safe space that is intentional and passionate about creating equitable opportunities and experiences for all populations,
- a space that mindfully seeks out, engages, empowers, listens to and authentically represents the entire range voices in our community, and
