Once you complete the Rental Interest Form, someone from Broadway Square’s Management Team will reach out in a timely manner to confirm date availability and discuss your event details and associated costs.
Broadway Square utilizes a number of professional event tools to ensure the smooth production of your rental event:
- Social Tables- to accurately capture and communicate the details of your event
- LiveGuage- to be able to provide you with a post-event report on attendance and engagement times (we can also push out surveys to your attendees for a small fee)
- SimpleTix/Eventbrite to process tickets for your events.
