We want to make the process of renting Broadway Square as easy, straightforward and transparent as possbile for you. Familiarize yourself with our rental process (detailed below).

Rental Process:

  1. Email us your interest with dates and event details. 
  2. The Square’s Rental Team will reach out in a timely manner to confirm date availability and discuss your event details.
  3. Following discussion, The Square's Rental Team will send an Event Estimate, including the deposit amount required to hold the space.
  4. Review Event Estimate and reach out with any questions, clarifications or necessary changes.
  5. Pay 50% of Total & Security Deposit to Hold/Book Date.
  6. The Square's Rental Team will send out a Contract for client to sign.
  7. Sign and return contract.
  8. Event Planning and production preparation continues
  9. 30 days out from Event Start Date, pay remaining 50%
  10. Event occurs
  11. The Square's Rental Team sends Final Event Settlement, including any last-minute adjustments made during the event and indicating all previous payments. Security Deposit will be applied to any outstanding balance. Also sends LiveGauge event attendance numbers and survey for rental client to complete about service experience.
  12. Complete & submit Rental Service Survey and pay any outstanding balance. Broadway Square will return/refund any unused Security Deposit within 30 days following final event settlement.
