Rules:

  • Each team consists of 2 players at a time.
  • Player 1 lays on their stomach on a scooter while holding a basket upside down. This player is the “hippo”
  • Player 2 grabs player 1’s feet to move them.
  • Each team starts with their scooter behind their own starting line.
  • Once the game begins, each team has 1 minute to capture as many balls as possible from the center.
  • The “hippo” may only grab as many balls as they can fit into their basket while it is upside down. No balls can be grabbed by the hands of either player.
  • After the balls are grabbed each time and taken back behind a team’s starting line, the basket gets emptied and the “hippo” must be switched to a new player.
  • At the end of one minute, each team’s balls are counted and then returned to the center.
  • Three total rounds are played with the overall total score determining the winner.
  • Players may change between each round.

  • Balls with a star on them are worth 5 points
  • Every other ball is worth 1 point
  • Whichever team with the most points at the end of the round is the winner
    • First: 300 points
    • Second: 200 points
    • Third: 100 points
      • In the event of a tie:
