Level 2 swim lessons build on skills learned in Level 1, with an emphasis on performing skills independently without instructor or flotation support. Students practice floating, submersion, kicking, arm movements, and front and back crawl swimming while developing breathing control and water safety awareness.

Level 1 swim lessons focus on building confidence and introducing basic swim skills in shallow to moderate water. Students practice safe water entry and exit, floating with support, submerging, basic kicking and arm movements, and beginning front and back crawl skills using flotation and instructor assistance. Water safety concepts are also introduced.

Pre Level swim lessons for ages 4–5 focus on water comfort, safety, and basic swim readiness. Participants will work on entering and exiting the pool safely, blowing bubbles, floating with support, kicking, and following instructor-led activities.
