July 13, 2026 Update: The Fargo Park District released the Notice of Data Privacy Event by mailing a notice letter to individuals whose information was determined to be in the affected files, for whom a valid mailing address is available. If an individual does not receive a letter but would like to know if they are affected, they may call Fargo Park’s dedicated assistance line at 1-833-752-1762, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
March 24, 2026 Update: The Fargo Park District team has been investigating what information was potentially affected during our cybersecurity incident first discovered on October 27, 2025. The final review of impacted data is nearly complete, and we have confirmed that no third-party vendor systems, such as registration, meal service, or golf platforms, were accessed. Once the final review is complete, we will provide proper notification based on applicable state and federal guidelines.
