As golf director, Rocky leads all aspects of golf operations across the Fargo Park District's five public golf courses. His responsibilities include overseeing golf programming, grounds, pro-shops and facilities while working closely with the deputy director of administration to establish both short and long-term strategies aimed at enhancing guest satisfaction and achieving financial success.
Rocky brings over 30 years of experience in the golf industry, having managed new course development, renovation projects and served in leadership roles such as head golf professional and general manager.
A Fargo native, Rocky began his golf career at Edgewood Golf Course while attending the University of North Dakota where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business management and played on the UND golf team.
Rocky and his wife, Sharon, reside in West Fargo. In his free time, Rocky enjoys biking, skiing, golf, hunting, bowling and playing pickleball.
