In her role as Deputy Director of Administration, Jayne provides leadership in several critical areas including finance, human resources, information technology, community relations, golf, and Valley Senior Services. She works closely with both the Executive Director and the Deputy Director of Operations in shaping overall strategy for the Fargo Park District.
Jayne joined the Fargo Park District in June 2024 after serving in key leadership roles at Sanford Health, including Director of Community Relations and Public Affairs Director. She holds both a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications from North Dakota State University. As a former NDSU women’s basketball standout and NCAA Division II Player of the Year, Jayne brings a lifelong appreciation for athletics and community recreation to her leadership at Fargo Park District.
Jayne lives in Fargo with her husband and four children. An active family, the Gusts are avid users of Fargo Parks amenities, including Courts Plus, the Fargo Parks Sports Center, local golf courses, and numerous neighborhood parks.
