Kali Mork joined the Fargo Park District as the director of the Fargo Parks Sports Center in July of 2023. Prior to joining the Fargo Park District, Mork served as the director of sports for the Fargo-Moorhead Convention and Visitors Bureau for eight and a half years.  In that role, she was was responsible for the recruitment of major sporting events to the Fargo-Moorhead-West Fargo area and provided support to local sports organizations whose events drive economic improvement for the community.  

A graduate of North Dakota State University, Mork has an extensive background in the sports and events industry.  Before her tenure at the Convention and Visitors Bureau, she held the position of assistant general manager at Scheels Arena where she managed events such as the 2009 International Ice Hockey Federation World U18 Championship, 2014 U.S. Olympic Team Trials for Curling as well as various other community events and concerts.  She also has worked for the Nashville Sports Council and Music City Bowl, Nashville Sounds (then AAA Milwaukee) and interned for North Dakota State University Athletics for two years.

Mork and her husband, Alex, can usually be found chasing their three daughters around the many parks in the community or cheering them on in their activities.  In her spare time, she enjoys a fancy cup of coffee and conversation with friends or losing herself in a good book.
