Project Overview:
This project includes updating all of the heating and cooling at the Rose Creek Clubhouse. The update also includes converting the units from electric to natural gas, which will help save considerable dollars in the operation of heating and cooling in the building.
Final placement of air handling units have been completed, some minor electrical works are yet to be done, project should be completed by Spring of 2023.
