Interested in having your wedding in a nature park? Requests can be made starting the first business day of the year. Rentals are for May 1 - October 1.
Rentals must be made at least 3 business days in advance. The Park District has a NO REFUND policy. Please go to reservation page to view pricing and reserve your location online. Fees are subject to change. Additional fees may apply.
Rental Duration and Timing
The shelter rental hours shift slightly between the summer and autumn seasons to accommodate changes in daylight and activity patterns. Understanding these timeframes will help you plan your event and communicate clearly with your guests.
- May through August: Rentals are available daily from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm.
- September: Fall rentals operate from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
Payment is due at the time a reservation is made.
Grass Amphitheater has stone seating. There is no amplified sound, no consumption permits, no grill at this site.
