Nattie Jean grew up in Fargo and graduated from Fargo North High School! She has always been surrounded by music as her parents were in a band all throughout her childhood years. Her mom sang lead vocals and her dad played lead guitar. They were in a band called The Whiskey Creek Band. Nattie Jean found her love for music when she was young. She’d wait around the radio to hear the Top 10 countdown. She always loved to sing, but had extreme anxiety and was too nervous to sing in front of anyone. She’s always had so much support from her parents and her dad really helped get her out there. He started The Whiskey Creek Band up again so that Nattie Jean could be one of the lead singers in the band. Since then, she has kept busy being in bands and also writing music. She really loves writing music as it’s how she communicates best! She’s not great with speaking her feelings, but she can always find a way to say it with music and that’s what she loves most about music. A song can mean so many different things to different people. It just brings out our feelings from different memories/experiences in our life and she's always thought that was beautiful.
Nattie Jean will be performing original music and cover songs, with her father, Steven Luebke, accompanying her on guitar. The night's performance features all different genres of music from country to pop to classic rock!
