With the cold weather coming in and winter approaching, the Fargo Park District’s Lindenwood Park and Dike East Park have park updates starting today, November 19.

Due to maintenance and testing, the Lindenwood Park pedestrian bridge is closed. The bridge is set to reopen tomorrow, November 20. The bridge links Lindenwood Park in Fargo with Gooseberry Park in Moorhead. All downtimes are solely dependent on the inspection process. The bridge is set to reopen tomorrow, November 20.

The gates at Lindenwood Park are closed for the season. The gate remains closed until spring. Parks are still accessible by foot and due to the cold temperatures, restrooms are unavailable.

Dike East Park Floating bridge is removed for the season. The bridge is reinstalled in the spring.

Lindenwood Park is located at 1905 Roger Maris Drive. Dike East Park is located at 100 2nd Street S. For more information, visit or contact the Fargo Park District at 701-499-6060.
