REGISTRATION

Fargo Parks offers a welcoming and inclusive environment for individuals of all abilities. Our Adult Adaptive Program is designed to create meaningful experiences for adults with disabilities, utilizing our parks and local facilities to promote fun, connection, and personal growth.

Adaptive Programs

Enjoy weekly activities designed specifically for adults (18+) with cognitive disabilities, including those who may also have physical disabilities. Activities include sports, creative arts, games, and social events - designed to promote fun, fitness, and connection in a supportive environment.

Fall Session Dates: Thursdays - September 17, 24, October 1, 8, 15

Winter Session Dates: Thursdays - January 14, 21, 28, February 4, 11

Creative Art class that are designed for teens and adults with special needs. Try your hand in different types of media such as drawing, painting, sculpting and more.

Participants also get a chance to show off their work at an open house art show after the last class. 

Dates: Tuesdays, June - August 4th

Our adult adaptive coed softball league is held for individuals with special needs interested in the fun of softball and looking to get outside! Teams are typically formed by agencies, however, if you are not part of an agency, or would like more information on the program, call Damian Caron at 701-499-7767.

Fargo Park District Programs & Leagues

All Fargo Park District programs and leagues are first come first serve. Please be advised, a lot of programs and leagues fill up before the registration deadline. You cannot register for a program or league that is already full. Some programs and leagues have waitlists. If you are on a waitlist, you are NOT registered and are only contacted if a spot becomes available.
