Get ready to experience the heart-pounding world of Nerf Wars, where foam darts fly, alliances are formed, and epic battles take place. The battleground? Metro Rec Center should give us plenty of room to dodge obstacles, strategize with teammates, and celebrate a win! 

Participation fee for each session is $19.00. Registration is separate for each session date and on an individual basis. Hit up all your friends and sign up soon as spots are limited and sure to fill up fast.

Participants are welcome to bring their own Nerf gun if they’d like, with a limit of one per person. Battery-operated devices are not allowed. If you prefer not to bring your own, we will have Nerf guns available to use. Foam darts and eye protection will be provided by Fargo Parks. Please do not bring your own foam darts, they are not allowed.

Two sessions are offered per date:

• Grades K-2: 4:00-5:00 pm
• Grades 3-5: 5:00-6:00 pm

Get ready for a summer full of fun at Fargo Parks’ Playtown. Designed for children ages 5–12, this engaging day camp offers a variety of recreational activities that keep kids active, social, and entertained all summer long.

Playtown features two separate sessions, one in June and one in July. Campers can attend one to four weeks per session. Registration discounts will apply for campers who attend multiple weeks during a single session.

Camp meets Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and includes a wide range of age-appropriate recreational activities. Each week features an exciting new theme.

Children must be fully potty trained (no Pull-ups).

• 1 week - $40
• 2 weeks - $79
• 3 weeks - $118 (and the 4th week is FREE)

Discounts apply to individual campers and cannot be shared between siblings or friends. Discounts apply to multiple weeks during a single session and cannot be applied to weeks across separate sessions.

Playtown Locations

All programs are held at warming houses.

• Little Campers (Ages 5-7) - Lincoln Park and Longfellow Park
• Junior Campers (Ages 8-12) - Clara Barton Park, Centennial Park, and Kennedy Park

What to Bring Each Day:

• Water bottle (labeled with name)
• A nutritious ready-to-eat lunch and beverage (No soda)

Please send your camper wearing:

• Tennis shoes (no open-toed shoes)
• Comfortable play clothes
• Sunscreen/Bug Repellant 

Campers should never bring money or anything of value to camp.
