Kayak Launch

Lindenwood Park is the largest multi-use park in Fargo with five picnic shelters, a beautifully landscaped campground, bike & kayak rentals, restrooms, and two playgrounds including a fully adaptive playground for people of all abilities. There is a pedestrian bridge connected to Moorhead's Gooseberry Park.

Forest River Park is a heavily wooded area that has all types of trails. The trails wind through vegetation, giving you a chance to see wildlife in a natural setting. A project of the Urban Woods & Prairie Initiative with Audubon Dakota, Forest River provides plenty of opportunities to see birds and other wildlife in a natural setting along the banks of the Red River.
