Woodhaven South Park has fishing with an ADA fishing ramp and playground.
Woodhaven South Playground will be closed due to an equipment replacement project starting on September 26, 2023. The projected is expected to be completed in late October, weather pending.
South Woodhaven Fishing Ponds
We encourage all anglers to practice catch-and-release practices. Other important regulations include:
Anglers must possess a ND fishing license (ages 16+)
No illegal stocking (state regulation)
No swimming (city regulation)
No gas-powered motors – self propelled boats only (city regulation)
Park closed from Dusk to Dawn

The Fargo Park District, in cooperation with the ND Game and Fish Department, have stocked small water retention ponds in southwest Fargo’s South Woodhaven Pond.
