More than 190 athletes from across the nation are gathering in Fargo this week to compete in the annual North Dakota Senior Games hosted by the Fargo Park District. The three-day event, taking place August 13 to 15, will feature a variety of competitive events for both teams and individuals, all open to public spectators at no cost.
As part of the National Senior Games Association, the North Dakota Senior Games highlights the benefits of making physical activity and competition a lifelong pursuit. Participants ages 50 and better will compete in events such as a fitness challenge, golf, track and field, pickleball, table tennis, 5k road race, bean bags and swimming.
The 2025 North Dakota Senior Games is presented by Leaf Filter Gutter Protection, with supporting sponsors NextBlue of North Dakota, Legacy Financial Partners, the Fargo-Moorhead Convention & Visitors Bureau and Eventide Senior Living.
