Get your co-workers out of hibernation for a series of competitive events to promote physical fitness and friendly competition in the business community. Frozen Business Showdown is an event where teams battle for points in eight fun winter activities with a twist!  

Frozen Business Showdown is on Friday, January 29 at Lindenwood Park from 1:00-4:30 pm. The event includes a six-game competition to test your team's physical, mental and teamwork skills. Bragging rights are on the line. 

Teams compete in the following six challenges plus a culminating challenge: 

  • Clear the Snow: A mental challenge to see who can clear the board of snow first 
  • North Tower: A puzzle challenge to see who can think fast 
  • Perfection: The classic game in a giant size 
  • Shovels: A fast-paced game to keep you on your toes 
  • Thin Ice: Who can break through our over-sized ice sheet first 
  • Unfair Game: An intense trivia contest where strategy is just as important as smarts 
  • Sasquatch Challenge: A culminating challenge to push your team to the top 

Online registration is required by Sunday, January 17. Visit FargoParks.com today to register your team. Each team must have no more than six players, ages 18 and older. There is no limit on the number of men and women each team has. The cost per team is just $100. Players should come prepared for a fun-filled, active day. Warm active clothing and snow boots are recommended.
