Reel in the fun at the Fargo Park District’s annual Trout Fest at Woodhaven Pond on Wednesday, June 19 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. This family-friendly event is perfect for young anglers (ages 15 and under) to experience the thrill of catching trout!
This event is free and open to the public. Registration begins at 5:30 p.m. and the derby will go from 6:15 to 7:30 p.m.
Representatives from FM Walleye will be onsite to assist attendees throughout the event with casting and reeling techniques. Metals will be awarded to derby winners at the event's end.
Attendees are encouraged to bring their own tackle and gear. There will be a limited number of hooks provided for the event.
