Join the Fargo Park District and Audubon Dakota for a morning of birds and binoculars in beautiful South Fargo. The Fargo Park District is hosting Fargo Birding Festival from 7:00-11:00 am on Saturday, May 14 at Forest River Park. Forest River Park is designated as an Important Bird Area by the National Audubon Society and Birdlife International, joining a global network of the most important sites for birds.
This festival is free for the entire community. Bring your family out and learn about birding from experts, courtesy of Audubon Dakota. All skill levels are welcome. The Fargo Public Library is providing a bird-themed activity for kids to enjoy. Bring your own binoculars, a limited number is provided.
