Join the Fargo Park District at The Lab to explore all that biology and geology have to offer on Saturday, October 16 from 11:00 am-2:00 pm. Take part in a variety of fun STEM-filled experiments as Rheault Farm is transformed into a science lab for a day of fun! Make sure to grab your lab notebook on the way into this free event.
Be a scientist for the day and watch Dr. Graeme from Concordia's Science Academy do a fun science experiment on the stage, take part in your own experiments and fill-up your lab notebook to claim your scientist badge! Some of the fun biology and geology experiments include looking inside the owl, DNA extraction, photosynthetic investigation, exploring geology and looking down the microscope.
The Lab is a free event that is open to the public with no registration necessary. The experiments are tailored for upper elementary-aged kids ages 7-12. Rheault Farm is located at 2902 25th Street S, Fargo. Thank you to the Concordia Science Academy and Concordia College for assisting with this event.
