An update was also provided regarding the recent cybersecurity incident, noting that the investigation remains ongoing and that additional information will be shared publicly as it becomes available. Committee reports followed, including governance updates related to the executive director evaluation process and contract considerations, as well as planning committee updates covering a third-quarter financial review, facility project adjustments, and preliminary discussions related to a proposed Fargo Convention Center project.
