The magic of the season came alive as the Fargo Park District’s 32-foot-tall holiday tree at Broadway Square was lit during the Tree Lighting event on Tuesday, November 26. It was a night to remember, filled with joy, community, and holiday festivities.
Susan Faus, Fargo Park District executive director, and Fargo Mayor Tim Mahoney shared inspiring remarks before Santa and Mrs. Claus led the crowd in a countdown to the tree lighting officially for the season. The evening sparkled with horse-drawn carriage rides, live holiday music, reindeer, and s’mores kits. Local food and beverage vendors added treats and warm drinks to the experience, making it a true celebration of the season. A huge thank you to our event sponsor McGough Construction for making the evening extra magical.
