Join the Fargo Park District in celebrating the heart and spirit of North Dakota on 701 Day at Broadway Square! Due to weather, this year’s event has been rescheduled to Monday, July 1, from 4 to 10 p.m. at Broadway Square in the heart of downtown Fargo.
701 Day is a free family-friendly celebration with a variety of entertainment, engaging activities, photo opportunities, and more.
Event highlights include live entertainment from local band Heart&Soul starting at 5 p.m., chalk art, North Dakota native flower bouquets and free ice cream from Silver Lining Creamery to the first 50 attendees.
The festivities don’t end when the sun goes down! Join us for 701 After Dark from 8 to 10 p.m. Dance the night away to WEAREONE DJ battles featuring local DJ 1PrettyRicky. Off-site alcohol is not permitted, however Rosewild will provide on-site beverage options through a cash bar service offering drinks that can be enjoyed responsibly for the evening.
